We don’t just work here...
Eveanna our Director of Sales & Marketing, set out on a mission last weekend – to entertain a group of kids. A hard task, you may say, when the kids ages range from 3 to 13 years! But off to Brigit’s Garden they went...

I had always wanted to visit Brigits Gardens, I had heard so much about them but when you are trying to balance it all, I was finding it tough to make it happen. Like every other working mum out there you want the precious time you carve out with you kids to be something fun, educational and something that gets the kids away from the “screens”………………. and possibly some cake, and I have to say Brigit’s Gardens fit the bill, and it’s just a few miles from Galway city.

The next think you want as a working parent is as few “fights” as possible, especially when you are out in public, and with an audience from 3yrs to 13yrs this can be challenge. What ensued really surprised me.

The Treasure hunt gave the right balance of “competition” and “team work” helped by the the 11 acres of secure woodland & meadows to share.

The kids had so much fun following the nature trail, visiting the fairy fort, thatched roundhouse and crannog,. And we enjoyed the cake and coffee in the Garden Café.

I would highly recommend Brigit’s Garden to families looking to reconnect and spend precious time in a 100% natural playground …………… and did I mention the cake?
