Harbour Hotel exceeded our expectations. Our room was extremely clean, nice, larger than expected, well decorated, and the bed was super comfy. The bathroom was large as well. We really enjoyed our stay there.

Hotel was centrally located to everything g! Short walk to the Latin Quarter, Eyre Square. Restaurant was good, room very comfortable. Staff very friendly and helpful.

The bedrooms (a King Superior and a Standard King with skylights) were great, although the price difference was not entirely reflective of the greater quality and space of the Superior King vs. the Standard King). The staff was extremely nice and helpful and we will come back if we visit Galway in the future.

We really enjoyed our stay in the harbour hotel , it was our first time staying there and certainly won’t be our last . The rooms are beautiful and very spacious and there was some lovely touches with water in the fridge , coffe and chocolate available in the room. All staff we dealt with were excellent and I would highly recommend this hotel .

Stayed at the Harbour Hotel on 10th of August for Galway airport concert. Perfect location easy parking and access to eyre Square. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel was very comfortable. Lovely breakfast . First time to stay in hotel will be staying again on our next visit to Galway.

This is a lovely and quiet hotel. It was a close walk to the Port of Galway, Spanish arch, and downtown Galway with pubs and shops. Very clean and quiet. Unfortunately parking was not included but they have a paid parking lot with a small discount. I would stay here again.

I visited the hotel for a week during the 2024 arts festival. By booking well in advance I got a room rate I was very happy with. The hotel is located very centrally and is a perfect base for any Galway centre activities. Staff are friendly and flexible - i was able to arrange a late check-out at no cost - food was good, and overall I look forward to coming back again next year.

The rooms are nice and clean. Service staff are very helpful and friendly. The proximity to the downtown and public transit is fantastic!

Enjoyed our 2 nights at the contemporary Harbour Hotel. When we arrived we'd already received a room upgrade - very large room with velux windows (blackout blinds were great for sleeping). Breakfast was ok, choice in the restaurant for dinner was good and food was well-presented. A very convenient location with local cafes and restaurants. The car park is an additional small charge - and the parking spaces are very narrow so if the car park is mainly occupied, squeezing into a space can be challenging! That said, there are numerous other car parks adjacent. Overall, would definitely stay again if visiting Galway City.

Friendly staff and a clean and quite spacious room. Easy access to on-site parking. Clise to Aran Island ferry.

Perfect spot for a business trip, close to the city, parking and good value

From the moment we stepped inside the lobby we knew we were in the right place. The front desk personnel were the best. The very next day there was a gentleman who was not very pleasant but we were checking out. We would return because everything about it was five stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great place and location with very friendly staff!!! The front desk staff were exceptionally nice as well as the servers in the lounge restaurant. Did not plan on eating there but happy we did! Food was excellent!!
