Does the Harbour Hotel have a Social Distancing Policy?

Yes the Harbour Hotel has a detailed policy in place regarding social distacing for the comfort and safety of both our staff and guests. If you have a specific query please contact us directly and we will be delighted to assist.

Check in time at the Harbour Hotel is 3pm and Check Out time is 12pm.

What are the closest attractions to the Harbour Hotel?

The Harbour Hotel is 3 minutes away from the Eyre Square, 10 minutes away from National University of Galway and just 10 minutes away from the Salthill Promenade.

Can I leave my luggage in reception if I arrive before check in starts?

Yes, we can store your luggage if you arrive to the hotel before 3pm; there is no charge for this service.

Please note we will sanitise your luggage on receipt and on return as part of our social distancing policies

How do I make a reservation?

To make a reservation you can book directly on our website www.harbour.ie or you can call our reservations team on (091) 894800.

Do I need a credit card to make a booking?

Yes, we require a credit card or debit card for all reservations. This guarantees your room until your arrival date. Your card will not be charged until you arrive at the hotel, unless we require a security deposit prior to arrival (group bookings only).  If you cancel your reservation outside our cancellation policy, you will be charged for the first nights stay.

What is the Harbour Hotel's cancellation policy?

We require 48 hours notice to cancel a room free of charge. If you cancel your reservation outside our cancellation policy, you will be charged for the first nights stay.  This applies to bookings made directly on our hotel website, or bookings made over the phone. For third party bookings, please consult the website.

All flexible bookings made directly through us or our website can be cancelled or amended up to 48 hours before arrival by contacting us on 091-894800 or email stay@harbour.ie

Please contact the company the booking was made through and refer to their specific terms and conditions.  We are unable to action any requests if the booking was not made directly with the hotel.
• Advance Saver or Prepaid Bookings made directly with the hotel:
For bookings due to arrive before Sunday 19th July please contact us directly to rearrange your booking.
• Advance Saver or Prepaid Bookings made with third party websites:
Please contact the company the booking was made through and refer to their specific terms and conditions.  We are unable to action any requests if the booking was not made directly with the hotel.
