Can I leave my luggage in reception if I arrive before check in starts?

Yes, we can store your luggage if you arrive to the hotel before 3pm; there is no charge for this service.
Please note we will sanitise your luggage on receipt and on return as part of our social distancing policies.

How do I make a reservation?

To make a reservation you can book directly on our website www.harbour.ie or you can call our reservations team on 00 353 (91) 894800.

Do I need a credit card to make a booking?

Yes, we require a credit card or debit card for all reservations. This guarantees your room until your arrival date. Your card will not be charged until you arrive at the hotel, unless we require a security deposit prior to arrival (group bookings only). If you cancel your reservation outside our cancellation policy, you will be charged for the first nights stay.

Does The Harbour Hotel accept One4All Gift Cards?
 
Yes, The Harbour Hotel is delighted to accept One4All Gift cards as payment or part payment towards any bookings made directly with the Hotel by telephone or that have been booked on www.harbour.ie 
 
One4All Gift Cards cannot be used to pay for bookings made on third party sites.

What is the Harbour Hotel's cancellation policy?

We require 48 hours notice to cancel a room free of charge. If you cancel your reservation outside our cancellation policy, you will be charged for the first nights stay. This applies to bookings made directly on our hotel website, or bookings made over the phone. For third party bookings, please consult the website provider you made the booking with.

• Flexible Bookings made directly with the hotel:
All flexible bookings made directly through us or on our website can be cancelled or amended up to 48 hours before arrival by contacting us on 091-894800 or email stay@harbour.ie
• Flexible Bookings made with third party websites:
Please contact the company the booking was made through and refer to their specific terms and conditions. We are unable to action any requests if the booking was not made directly with the hotel.
• Advance Saver or Prepaid Bookings made directly with the hotel:
Please note that advance saver or prepaid bookings are reduced rates and as such should you need to cancel a refund is not applicable.
• Advance Saver or Prepaid Bookings made with third party websites:
Please contact the company the booking was made through and refer to their specific terms and conditions. We are unable to action any requests if the booking was not made directly with the hotel.
