Very friendly staff at the reception desk, clean hotel, clean rooms. The toilets downstairs (next to the reception) weren't clean at all!
Great location, friendly staff. Rooms were comfortable. The breakfast was one of the best that I received in Ireland.
nice hotel. close to city center. very comfortable pillows and bed. clean.
Stay for one night, staff were extremely helpful, especially the girl on reception when I arrived. Thanks!
Couldn't fault my stay st this hotel .polite and helpful staff clean room excellent breakfast
Very nice hotel. Room is clean and well kept. Staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast was tasty with a good selection. The hotel is off the 'main drag' which we considered a positive (a bit quieter) but is only 5 minute walk.
Overall satisfied with the location and the room, however, the shower in our room was not working properly (only some one the water came out of the shower hear, the rest came out of the bath tap)-- notified the front desk, but unfortunately this was not able o be fixed during out stay.
Great location, excellent breakfast p, comfortable room, helpful staff BUT expensive
Though only a three-star Hotel, the stay was much better than in many other four-star hotels
We stayed here for 2 nights on the B&B rate. On arrival the receptionist was lowly and the place had a nice decor and was very clean .. Our bedroom had a nice view out on to the docks. We got room service on both mornings for an extra charge of €5 . It was well worth it .The food on both mornings was excellent . We had starters from the bar menu on one evening and it was beautiful. The hotel is in a perfect location just a 2 or 3 min walk to eyre square. We parked in the public car park on the docks right beside the hotel at a cost of €8 for 24 hours . The only complaint I would have is that the water in the cold tap was warm. Very small complaint .will definitely stay here again .
Staff extremely pleasant and helpful. Bar area and breakfast excellent. One little complaint room 221 is small. Ok for one night, but would not like to stay longer in rhis room
We really enjoyed our time in the Harbour Hotel. we had connecting family rooms which worked out great. Staff were fantastic and food was lovely. Great value and location is very convenient to stroll right into the town centre within a maximum 2 minute walk. Only negative we had was that the rooms were very warm at night and we couldn't leave the windows open as we were facing out onto the road. A fan or air conditioning would be a good move for road facing rooms.
The accommodations are lovely, the breakfast was excellent, with many choices. The instructions on re-using towels is confusing. It would be clearer if one left towels on the floor of the bathroom to be replaced; and if a towel is hung anywhere it is assumed one wants to reuse it.
Very nice hotel, comfortable room, excellent staff. Very helpful. Very close to everything we wanted to see and do. Breakfast was outstanding! I would highly recommend this hotel.
