The festival will take place in late March/early April primarily because it is the time of year when some of the best local ingredients become available, such as Connemara Spring Lamb, and it is also the time when trout and salmon are being caught locally. The festival welcomes people of all ages and all walks of life to attend and to get involved. During the festival which takes place during the Easter weekend, there will be -
