Connemara Rough Diamond Adventure 2013
The Connemara Rough Diamond adventure race involves a beach run, assault course, a bike ride and a mountain race. There will be a sports and elite race, beach steeplechase 1 mile 4 furlong, 21km road cycle, 10 minute assault course, mountain run 7.5km.
Entry 55 euro and 180 euro for a team of four. Early bird at 45 euro for induividual and 160euro for team of four. For more information on the event, visit:
